I always read reviews before I jump into something. Reviews here were good, shop was the closest to me...win win..
Robert was straight forward with me with pictures and phone calls.. even text. Robert and his crew did some major work on my boat and got it ready for me when I needed it. Great service, will definitely go back for any future work on my boat or jetski. I wouldn't hesitate referring anyone to his shop.

So grateful for this repair shop. We were on the lake recently when our boat stopped working. We called the shop and the guys came on over with a boat to tow us. No one else had seen us asking for help. They towed us in and then scheduled a repair. We had an exceptional day on the water with an exceptional service experience. Grateful for this quick response as we would have had to call the park police. They will continue to get our business.

Very knowledgeable, and helpful staff.
I'm always hesitant to take a boat to a shop nowadays. I'm afraid I'll get taken advantage of and paying way too much. The staff at Kachina are very honest. They made me feel like a VIP customer. I left very happy and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop.

We have been using Kachina for a couple years now and have had such great experiences. But this one is for the books. We live in Tucson and store our boat in Roosevelt. Instead of us having to go and get it out of storage and take it to them, they went and got our boat!!!! We had them do some work on it and we picked up the Friday of Memorial weekend. It ran great! The steering was so much better. After getting off the lake we noticed some oil. My husband saw that there was a screw that came out of the outboard drive and leaking fluid. We knew that the owner was going out of town the next day but he had us come over to get it fixed real quick so it did not ruin our weekend. He was tired but still worked on it. We appreciate his hard work and kindness. He did not have to work on it but he did!!!! Thanks so much for everything! We appreciate you more than you know.

We dry dock our boat at Kachina repair cause it's convenient and nice to not have to tug the boat back home after a day of fun. We also use their repair shop to help keep our boat working its best. Robert the owner goes out of his way to help you out any way he can.

I have been using Robert at Kachina for almost 5 years. He has always went above and beyond. He also takes pictures of allof his work and sends you the pictures when the job is done. I thought this was awesome as you can physically seeable the work done!

Hi, I have never left a review before…. I thought I would share our experience with you… we read the reviews on this company and felt good about taking our boat there … I asked when I called if they could replace the impeller and how much it would cost … they said about $250… I then asked them to look at motor and let us know what else needs done… I asked if they would call me before any other repairs needed so we could discuss price and they said no problem… we had to call several times to get a response and they told us they are working on it in a few days and we could come get it. When we went to get it the charged us almost $700 and told us basically we need a new motor… we’ll we took it for a second option and we don’t have to get a new motor just add oil which they did not do and change sparks plugs… well our motor works and I will post a video of the motor running… we still need to do a few minor repairs which are yearly upkeep … be very careful going here … we’ll I can’t figure out how to down load the video but if you private message me we can figure it out… sorry not very technical.
