Right before covid kicked off Dinan invited my Mini Clubman and I up for a complimentary exhaust fitting. We got to have a tour through their amazing facility, seeing various parts of their manufacturing, engineering, and fulfillment process as it actually works. It was amazing, timely, and exceptionally generous. A week or two after we made it back to our home state we received a care package full of Dinan swag which we still enjoy. There's lots of talent in-house here across departments, and the people are phenomenal. When I next get a car that can fit their parts, I'll most certainly be returning!

Do not buy wheel spacers or bolts from this company, they will refuse to stand by their product!

Purchased a set of wheel spacers and appropriately sized bolts. After having them put on the car using the appropriately sized lug bolts from Dinan with about 6 or 7 months of use, the lug bolts suffered a catastrophic failure.

I was very fortunate to have another motorist tell me my rear wheel was wobbling back and forth. I could not feel any vibration while driving. Pulled over to inspect and saw one of the bolt heads was sheared off from the threaded portion. Upon taking it to a mechanic, he found a second bolt had also failed. Simply put, I was driving a disaster waiting to happen.

I contacted Dinan, asking for a refund, as I clearly could not trust to use their spacers with the bolts. After several back and forth emails, Dinan ultimately refused to offer any kind of refund.

Dinan claimed the issue was extremely rare, and the only time they have seen this is when the bolts are over torqued. While I agree with that possibility, Dinan would only consider a refund if I could prove to them that a Dinan certified mechanic installed the spacers and bolts.

But they also said the bolts are torqued to BMW's specifications and there were no special instructions provided nor anything mentioned on their website, meaning there is no special handling or installation procedures that a Dinan-certified mechanic would need to do. That also means any general service to the brakes or tires would need to be performed at a Dinan-certified mechanic, which seems highly questionable to me.

Purchased a tune for my 2018 M40i, had questions regarding bluetooth connectivity and Literally never heard back from you guys. And to make matters worse, the kit ended up having a faulty harness that my dealership discovered. So the end result is I wasted a 1000 dollars, and my car is back in stock form. GREAT JOB guys. You really outdid yourselves here. And I thought Dinan was supposed to be the go to tuner for BMW. On the flip side, never had one issue working with APR on my VW. Dinan "engineering"...
FYI -- it's a free country and you can sell to whomever you want. Just be honest about that in your company's mission statement, that way some people will know to avoid you. God Bless.

I was very excited to order some DINAN parts for my BMW m235. So excited when the pieces arrived. Parts I paid a premium for because I thought this company had integrity. Vomit! These parts they're selling are straight up theft. Ebay grade quality. Now I have to deal with reversing this $500 transaction. Be ashamed DINAN.
