This company is awesome.They communicate via email as soon as you order, let you know it shipped and my order was delivered in 3 days. Unfortunately, I got the wrong order. I contacted them immediately asking how to exchange. Gina emailed me almost instantly apologizing, telling me to keep the running pliers( wow! Thank you!) and that they’d ship my correct order immediately. I just got an email that they shipped the corrected order out today-the same day I called. This level of customer service is unsurpassed. Clearly, they wanted to make things right and did.
I’m heartened there are still businesses that do business this way.

This company stands by their warrantees. After many years my grinder motor failed. Send your reciept in and they'll immediately send you a new motor. Gina is awesome!

I’m fairly new to stained glass art and enjoy, having a small studio in my home as well as taking classes. Six months after purchasing my grinder, it was making a horrible noise. I contacted Diamond Tech and received a prompt response from Melanie. She stated that Gina was out of the office until the following week, and would get back to me when she returned. Quite honestly, I didn’t hold out much hope. The Monday of the following week I received an email from Gina and as I write this, the new part is on the way to me. I will definitely recommend Diamond Tech and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

I have been so pleased with Diamond Tech's craft kiln and their customer service, that I just can't say enough good things about them.
