I'm usually all for supporting small, local businesses, but I don't think this is it. I came in to ship a monitor for a dead pixel repair, which Manny packaged, and the repair service received it cracked. I contacted Fedex and they said that the box used wasn't even a box they use to ship things; they use those boxes to store other boxes and typically break it down to make sure no one uses them for shipping. I was there for the packaging process, but as a customer, I do not have any knowledge on how items should be packed - it should be the owner's responsibility to know what is the proper packaging. And now I am painfully suffering for this mistake. Fedex and the monitor company are refusing to take responsibility, and I tried contacting the store and Manny is saying he cannot do anything as well. And now I'm just stuck in a situation with a broken monitor and a loss of over $200 (they were asking me to pay $160 to repair it as well). If you are planning to ship anything of importance, I suggest going to an official store for it because it is not worth the risk.
