Building and safety/planning department does not pick up phone calls, does not respond to emails, shows up late to appointments, delayed projects for months leaving residents homeless. Oh! They are always prompt in making you pay fees though

If there’s a choice of a no star. I will like to rate nothing. The officers in Diamond Bar are useless, rude, inpatient and unprofessional. Due to their unprofessional and lazy work, my permit was taking more longer time than usual. And the officers were very rude and didn’t accept their mistake. I don’t like the way how they speak and how they work. Everytime I went there, I only saw they were chatting and playing, pretending. The permit technician Ana was very unprofessional. I don’t know why she still can work there. If I’m the boss, I will fire her. After everything was done, they told me the permit was not issue. This is not the first mistakes . It’s third one. I’m very disappoint .

Our neighborhood had few problems. Our HOA said will take care of them and report to ICE ...etc. As usual never work. I reported to city, the code enforce officer Mr. Rodriguez came. I don't know exactly what he did. The problem renter moved away in a few months.
I was so surprised. Nice job Mr. Rodriguez.

Worst City to live in for any "Community Services." Rude at City Hall. Don't care...go away # prevailing attitude!
Don't trust Dial-A-Ride! It's a joke...a bad one. We got stuck had to call a friend. Say 30 min. Means 3 hrs.

Its clean & convient with the well stocked & diverse library on the 1st floor & plenty of parking in the back. I go upstairs to the building\planning\general city hall counter almost every week for work, where the people are friendly & helpful, with usually little to no wait.

Diamond Bar city hall hates Crunch we were have I clas6in in the back now we cant of gym in Diamond 3 other Crunch gym have class it seem like guys hate Vrunch it was not the music they ask the neighbors a lot of them are manners

Absolutely rude.!!!!! No help , and talk for mitnues on end behind the counter before they acknowledge your presence. Worst city hall ever.
