Love Diablo Foods. Their vegetable, fruits , meats, seafood , cheeses, and bread are of excellent quality.
You also find plant based products

The Sushi is also very good.
I love their California Rolls.

This rating is mostly for the sandwich we had at the deli counter but also for the lack of a bathroom. We ordered the porker sandwich from the deli which was overall a good sandwich, but it really didn't live up to the name and the description. We were expecting freshly "fire roasted pork" per the description, but the meat was just basically regular deli ham. Don't get me wrong ingredients were good, well-prepared by the friendly staff but it wasn't a unique sandwich by any means. It really could have just been called a "ham and cheese sandwich with avocado." The potato salad was good. We appreciated that they have so many staff on hand and the market as a whole has very nice selections. But again they need a bathroom for customers.

Lovely family owned grocery store. The produce there is consistently good. They carry a wide range of products.
Though some items are more expensive than say Safeway or Raley’s they carry many items at equal or lesser cost. One can be selective.

The parking lot is tight and it can be hard to get parking right there. No worries because the lot extends toward CVS and Trader Joe’s

Diablo Foods always has people to help unload one’s cart for check out and again to your car if you so wish.

So you do get extra service for a more $ on groceries

They also always have parking lot attendants who keep things safe and will guide you when you backup. This is handy due to the heavy traffic of cars as well as the multitude of shoppers coming and going.

I highly recommend this grocery store.

Be aware that noontime it gets busy as people on lunch break come to get sandwiches and other deli items.

Lastly, if you own dogs the butcher will happily cut up a beef bone for you.

I don’t think you’ll be disappointed Give it a try.

Staying at an airbnb down the road. Vacation food shopping always sucks because you can't ever use it all before you go....unless you boutique shop and this place was perfect for that! Did I spend $12.99 on Butter...yeah I sure did and it's the best thirteen dollars I've ever spent!!! So many treats I will probably bag up and take home in my suitcase! We bought 1/2 lb of ocean farmed Salmon... reddest radishes, tasty dolmas and so much more! Everything was fresh, organic, and the staff were ridiculously ready to help.

Diablo Foods is great! I ordered sandwiches for a work event and the deli staff was absolutely amazing. Super patient with a large order. The rest of the staff was very friendly and genuinely seem to love their job and colleagues.

They have everything! Great selection and the fresh vegetables and meats look good. They sell Blind pig and Pliny the Elder beer too!
