They were very thorough at explaining the financial portion which was much appreciated. Although staffing was limited, they ensured that my car was all dolled up and shiny up before leaving the dealership. Definitely would recommend!

Update, even after purchasing, I still get check-in emails from the seller to ensure everything is up to my satisfaction. Really appreciate this establishment.

We just can’t say enough about the wonderful service we received from my first phone call. We were traveling through the state and started having engine trouble. From my first call everyone was super friendly and Johnny and his team were so understanding and got us back on the road as fast as possible. While we waited we checked out their great supply of trucks, but luckily they got ours back on the road!! I’d recommend them for sales or service!! Wish we had such a kind team near our home!! I've been a customer at Dewey Barber Chevrolet for a few years now, and after experiencing a few unsatisfactory with the previous service and staff, I have to say that the service department has never been better. Since David came on board as the new master tech a couple of months ago, the whole department has been elevated to a top-notch operation. David went above and beyond to diagnose what was going on with my car, even ensuring that I had a vehicle to drive while mine was being worked on. As a real estate agent, that kind of service is invaluable.

In all my years of dealing with service departments, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a master tech or service manager as focused on customer satisfaction as David. He truly made sure I walked away happy, and it shows that Dewey Barber Chevrolet has finally found someone great for the job. Well done, David, and kudos to Dewey Barber Chevrolet for bringing in such a quality leader. Please place this kind of focus on other departments within the dealership. We have purchased several vehicles from Dennis Olive at Dewey Barber Chevrolet and even recommended family to him. We have moved from the area but still go back there for our purchases. He is not your "Typical" salesman. He is a great person, concerned for you and your needs related to a vehicle. He does not pressure you or hound you after the visit. I love our new purchase and the price was the best part. Love my new 2025 Chevy.

They helped me spec out a special vehicle and ordered for me. They kept me informed on the schedule of the order periodically and followed through until delivery. Once delivered the process was very organized and professional to complete the transaction. The complete process only took around an hour and large part of the time was spent reviewing the vehicle functions. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. During a family trip that took us through Alabama, we managed to get a flat tire on our truck while traveling down I-65. Fortunately, we had pulled off the interstate and Dewey Barber was just up the road. I called the dealer and explained my dilemma, having a 32 ft travel trailer RV in tow and needing my tire fixed to continue on our trip south. Within minutes, they had a couple technicians to my truck temporarily plugging the tire to get it to their shop. In less than an hour, they had the tire fixed and we were back on the road. The folks there were an absolute delight, and we couldn’t be more thankful. If I have the chance to buy my next truck in Alabama, I’ll be going to Dewey Barber Chevrolet.
