Desired Effect provided equipment and set up lighting for my wedding and they did such an amazing job! My husband and I really wanted to incorporate paper lanterns into the lighting design and Lyle & his team were able to make it look even better than we imagined. Our venue imposed a lot of restrictions and rules on the set up process and I was worried that would make it too difficult to set up everything the way we wanted, but Lyle figured out creative ways to make it work perfectly! I would definitely recommend working with Desired Effect, not only do they have all the equipment you could possibly need to execute your vision, they also have the creativity and knowledge to help you elevate it!

Short version: Affordable, Quality product, and FANTASTIC customer service.

Long version: We are a middle school in Alabama needing to rent costumes for The Addams Family. Our rep, Carmen, was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The costumes arrived securely packed and clearly labeled. Most importantly they looked GREAT. We got so many compliments. Pricing was budget-friendly. Most importantly, the costumes fit - it can be surprisingly hard to find pieces from rental houses that work on 6th graders. 🙂 Definitely recommend and will be using again!

PROS: The costumes arrived on time and were in very good condition. The customer service that I've experienced from Desired Effects was top-notched. Prices were very reasonable - especially for the quality of the costumes. I highly recommend this costume rental house.
