jorge pizano is not wrong they really have bad management the only person I would say does a good job managing is the foreman but even then, he has his favorites. The boss that actually runs the facility is extremely racist and no one reports him because he's related to the owner, and you will eventually get fired at one point. They don't follow any Osha regulations and no nothing about safety.
