These products have always been my go-to for battery chargers and I own about 5 different units, recently I had a unit fail, and reached out for support. I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine, who handled my problem in a prompt courteous manner, strengthening my trust in this brand and it's reputation. My trouble was resolved quickly, and a replacement unit was at my door in less than 24 hours! I couldn't be happier with the product and after sales support.

Horrible customer service. I didn’t discover that the unit I purchased wouldn’t work with my battery (even though it flashed green and then solid green like it was charged) outside the thirty day window. They wouldn’t exchange it for the correct unit. I just received a half sentence reply “ Unfortunately this order is over the 30 day window.”
No options at all…the reason I use a battery tender is I don’t drive the car often. A 90 day window would be more appropriate AND why does the product show it is changing properly when it wasn’t. Buy one of the many other available brands.

Very disappointed with their warranty department. After providing all the documentations and photos they requested almost two months ago, they basically gave the run around and kept delaying in responding to honor the warranty. Very unprofessional customer service. No one answers their phones either.

If I could choose ZERO stars I would! BUYERS BEWARE!! My husband purchased a battery tender in 2017 and the warranty card that came with it claimed 10 years. We sent in the proof of purchase along with their waranty card and WOW Christine Dorfner was very unkind and not helpful except to keep repeating Deltran's loop holes on their warranty cards! Y'all, be sure that when you purchase a battery tender from them that you take that warranty card to your Attorney to have it examined very carefully! We have battery tenders on all 4 of our vehicles and love the product very much. It's a crying shame that a Senior Citizen has to go out and spend more money because this company will not replace his battery tender!! Here's a tip Christine: maybe your company should print NEW warranty cards more often than 20 years? Horrible Customer Support!!
