Debra was amazing and even though I had entered the dealership right as her shift was ending, she was more than happy to stay a couple of extra hours to assist me in purchasing a vehicle. I recently purchased a used 2017 Honda Civic at Delray Honda.
Although a bit apprehensive, I was guided through the process by Mr Sam Assisi, who , with his kind demeanor, patience and knowledge regarding used vehicles, immediately put me at ease!
He helped secure, with the assistance of the financial officer, Giuseppi, a no money down arrangement.
Clearly Mr Assisi willingness to work within my financial constraints, made this purchase a reality.
In fact, owning this Honda, is even cheaper for me than renting a car!
In addition, Mr.Assisi explained the importance of having a 2 year maintenance agreement on my vehicle to ensure it's reliability.
I never once felt any sales pressure or tactics you often hear about from sales people at car dealerships .
Sam made me feel like a member of the Delray Honda family, and personally, like a friend!
In addition, Mr Assisi paid for a full tank of gas for me when I was leaving!!
Truly going that extra mile of personal service!

I recently had an exceptional experience at Delray Honda, all thanks to the outstanding team there. As a 21-year-old buying my first car independently, I was a mix of excitement and nerves. However, Sam Assisi, my car salesman, made the process seamless and enjoyable. I can't say enough great things about my salesperson Zack. 7 leases and I can assure you, he is the reason I keep coming back. Of course, the great cars I come out with after. 😉 He gets it done!!! Car buying/leasing is not my favorite thing to do, but after working with him, I always end up happy. I am BEYOND HAPPY with my new Pilot Touring. No one else can make you feel as valuable, which is huge!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Certified Honda. I saw the car advertised online and researched it. When we arrived at Delray Honda to look at it, we were taken care of by Sam. I told him I wanted to see this Certified car and that was it, no pressure for a new car, or any other car. We had a test run and I was "sold". Sam went over and above getting things rolling so we could get in the car ASAP. Calm, cool., collected, knows his stuff backward, forward and inside out.
