I am here to pick up a load, my appointment was 5 pm. They will take very long time for loading now 8.34, still waiting for paperwork. Even though I was waiting in the office for paperwork, the lady name Janie prepared the paperwork of another guy that was behind me, before my turn. The office staff is super slow and racist.

This is a small lot with 4-wheelers parking right in front of the doors, making backing a challenge. Loading is slow with me being here for almost 4 hours and no paperwork yet. Staff is cool, which is the only reason why I'm giving it more than 1 star.

Owner/ops, you know the deal: go elsewhere if you value your time.

They take forever to load your truck up and take even longer to walk out with your invoice. The staff is helpful and courteous however these load times/paperwork times need to improve. I've been there for more than an hour and a half for 4 pallets. This isn't a one-off occurrence either. This is every time I pick up merchandise here.

You might want to have folks who can comprehend some level of the English language.. because having someone unload trls that have multiple stops that can’t read English therefore can’t read bills of lading and take off more product than there supposed to get is a problem.

There fast and efficient when it comes to loading the trailer. You don't even have to get out of the truck. Back up to the dock with your doors closed. They bring the paperwork to you. Sign and you're on your way with the doors closed properly. If only all places were like this.

I got there about 2 in the morning with 8 am appointment it looks like they had about 4 trucks parked by the gate so I parked on the street they were cool they woke me up about 5 am gave me a door I ended up getting all done by 1030 with a 8 am appointment by my standards that's good for a watermelon load very respectful and I wouldn't mind one bit coming here again thanks again to the staff
