I took my son’s doe here to be processed late last year on a recommendation from a fellow hunting club member. The processing is first class and the sausage we selected has the best flavor of any processor I’ve used in 20+ years. We also got the meat back fairly quickly. Would highly recommend.

Great service. Very friendly and informative when checking in a deer. Meat was very good. You get YOUR deer meat from YOUR deer, not mixed with others. Paul is an excellent butcher and top professional. Only down side is they are so good they fill up fast. Call ahead.

I used deer run processing for the first time this year I got my meat back yesterday I have to say this is the best place I have used to date my meat was packaged very professionally and clean my I just opened a pack of cubed steak and I was blown away with the quality I also got a pound of Cajun jerky it is very good and they have the best pricing hands down it’s a little bit of a drive for me but I will gladly make the drive from now on
