Just like what everyone is saying on the reviews. Poor service of skipping around on trash pickup days. Put out on night before, didn't get picked up on day of,& still sitting at the road waiting for pickup. I know use to in our area if they missed, usually they would come back around on Thursday. Nope, not in this case. One time, I spoke to the lady over the phone only to get rude with me about sitting out the night before in which it was & still got missed. Not sure if it's bc they can't keep ppl like everywhere else, new guys or what. We live on a busy highway & the guys throw the can down or leave in middle of my driveway where I can't drive in my own driveway in a dangerous location. Or else, guys throw trash can down in a steep ditch every time. Guys, please be respectful & put the can back where you got it from. Quit having this I don't care attitude. I wished we had another competitor who could do better. Service is very poor & wouldn't give even 1 star if it was an option.

This company is absolutely terrible.
They know they’re the only company so they refuse to give good customer service.
They constantly skip pickups. This morning my husband was pulling out of our driveway and he refused to wait. Took a picture of him leaving so he could say a car was in the way. How lazy is that? What do you expect people to do never leave because you won’t allow them to pull out of the driveway?
WHY is this the only option for Brookland?
WHY is the city okay with people being treated so poorly?
This company should do better!!!!!!!

Never had an issue when I was at Farville curve but now that I moved to Brookland. I guess different driver=different results. Trash didn’t get picked up yesterday or today so I guess they are skipping this week since it was a holiday Monday based on these other reviews I’m reading…. At our old place they just came the next day…. Same company too it’s crazy!

I can look past the fact that they miss pickups about once every six weeks. I can look past the fact that I personally watched them break our can. I can even look past the fact that they never seem to know what is going on when I call or why the calendar dates don't line up with billing.... but why, in this day and age, is someone so greedy they can't take electronic payments instead of having customers drive all over Hades to pay a bill? I've heard stories about the Ebenezer Scrooge that owns the company, but can't confirm since I don't know first hand. But someone needs to consider their customers or have the various City Councils look into why there is virtually no competition... somebody's palms are getting greased. Virtually any other option would likely give better service.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I have been with them for 11 months and been skipped 14 times. So, that's half the time. When I call about it, nobody handles it correctly. If they were not the only option, I would 100% go elsewhere

Horrible service!!!!! I have never missed paying my bill in the entire time I have been with them for over 3 years. They skip at least 1 week out of the month dumping our dumpster. Always have some excuse like new driver or just forgot. How do you forget? You don't forget to send the bill every month. This is totally unacceptable. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Skips scheduled pickup day, throws trash can into yard or street, slams trash can hard down on ground, leaves trash can in the middle of the driveway, only half empties the trash can, slings trash in the yard. Terrible service.

A Sorry company. Keep blocking my mailbox with empty garbage container. Mail carrier can't get to it. Most unfriendly employees I've ever tried to communicate with.
