Editing to add: Mr. Deaton has processed and packaged lamb, goat, and pig for me. I've never found hair on any of it, and his facility both looks and smells immaculate.

Was a repeat customer, bought 2 cows, every steak was the wrong size, and got way less meat. I contacted Larry personally and he wouldn’t stand behind his word. He admitted they cut all the steaks wrong, and we didn’t get most of the cuts of meat requested. It was all in writing via text. Sent a screenshot, and Larry lied. Not the type of people to do business with.

I recently brought a hog in for processing. They were all very kind and helpful. The meat was packed in vacuum sealed bags. The sausage was delicious. All the meat cuts were excellent. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

Well over hundred pound deer was only 4 lbs of backstrap and 15 lbs deer burger. This was my daughters first kill so rather than me processing it like I do every other deer over the last 10 years, the decision was made by the person she was hunting with that he would pay to have it processed professionally. We would have been better off doing it ourselves, would have gotten way more out of it. Usually my step dad gives me both hams and 2 shoulders and just keeps his backstrap. Out of just those parts I get more out of it, than I did out of this whole deer being processed.

I called these people at 520 told me they closed at 7 drive basically an hr to get there my 1st time there by the way. When I showed up they was closed they pulled up told me they wasn't excepting deer at this time tht they have it posted on Facebook I don't do Facebook...luckily I got home with a unskinned deer an got it done myself never never again will I go back to this place Steed in Prescott is by far best place to go an should have knew better..if you have to shut down accepting deer during season from skinning your taking on to much an causing customers to suffer an pay the price luckily mine didn't ruin before I got home.my whole point if u so behind 1st week of deer season an your hrs are until 7 why are u closed at 615
