My project was done at the same time they were moving into shop and that did not stop them from doing a great job in a timely manner. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Tough to beat their price and timeline. I drove from Ft Myers for them to do my work.

I arrived right as they we're closing up to drop off an engine to be machined and they were more than happy to accommodate. They unloaded my engine, collected my info and I was on my way in a matter of minutes.
I have used them in the past and have always had good results and will use them for all of my machine work in the future.

I brought this company a 3800 series 2 long block to have refreshed, aftermarket double roller timing chain, and an aftermarket camshaft from comp cams to have installed, over a year ago. i told them that once they get my block torn down, to call me so i can take my crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons to another shop so i can get them balanced ( seeing Deans doesn't offer that service), and they agreed. i never got a call so, I tried to get in touch over thw year and check on the stat. I only got voicemail so i left the reason of my call and contact information. Only time i ever received a call from these clowns was to come pick up my block or they was going to scrap it. So i tell them im coming to pick it up now and my aftermarket parts. Whem i get there to retrieve my block. They give me a bare short block. No pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft, or cylinder heads, they point out my block and say take it and leave. So i ask about my aftermarket double roller timing chain, and aftermarket camshaft. They bring me my timing chain, but they say i never brought them the camshaft. I replied yes i did, then they said they couldn't find it. So i tell them they find it now or give me the amount i paid for the camshaft and showed them my receipt for it. they refused and told me to get off their property or they would call the cops. So i called the cops for them, He gives the cops his side of the story, and tells the cop if he wanted to steal it, he just wouldn't have called me, and told the cop that they dont do high performance builds ( even though their Facebook Page has a " Fully custom Built 2jz motor " and how proud of his workers he is ), and that he would call me " if they found aftermarket camshaft". Cop couldnt do anything and said it was a civil matter. 5 months later Ive called 3 separate times. 2 times i left voicemails with the reason of my call and my contact info, i received no calls back. the third time i was able to talk to someone, and was told their boss was on lunch and would call me back. 3 months later and their boss must still be on lunch because ive yet to receive that call back.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAYING AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. DONT TRUST THEM THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

Joel and Liz are just plain the best! I had a motor rebuilt there, and they showed the work to me as they progressed. They stick to their quotes as best they can. Their follow up and customer care is top shelf. Attention to detail also very good. A family run business with a wife and husband that are both very knowledgable, helpful , honest, and caring. I would recommend Deans to anyone, and would surely gp back! A++

Absolutely horrible!! They put stuff on the invoice before contacting us and put stuff on the invoice that wasn't even done! If I could give zero stars I would! A waste of time, money and the truck never got fixed. Dealing with Joel was a mistake from the beginning! If you are reading this go somewhere else unless you want to be without your truck for months, it won't be fixed and things magically appear on your invoice!

To your response Joel, I know exactly what you do! Are you insinuating because I am a woman I don’t know or understand what a machine shop is? Yes, we had a motor at your shop for months! Your company added things to the invoice that were not even done to our motor! Insane, if anyone foolishly brings you a motor or engine I feel bad for them they do not know what they are getting into! Joel I hope your wife is doing well and no sir you have a great night!
