Dave was great! He stood out in the pouring rain and put a battery in my car and worked on the installation until he could get the fastener on right which took a while! He was soaked but he stayed til it was done . This was the second time this happened to him with me. I won't go anywhere else and find service like this so I would recommend Davis Auto Parts if you want the best service ever!

By far the easiest and most determined autoparts store I've ever been in. I usually have what I cal Frankenstein trucks dump trucks and tractors. But the guys here will research the parts needed to find one on a million off the wall parts for anything at all. Gotta say there the only parts place I go to. I don't price ship I don't worry bout getting a cheaper better price anywhere. When you leave this store you leave knowing that you felt welcomed and got the top quality service like used to exist back in the day of mom and pops general stores. Not many places left in America left like this store.

You would think.... local buisness... good customer service. Not this time... I went to buy some oil for my truck on a Monday afternoon around 3. I pulled the lever to pop the hood to check for the oil. I could not get it open. ( let me enlighten u this truck is huge do i could barely touch the top)It wasnt broke just hard for me to do. I walked in asked the guy who was not busy , no customers, sitting down and I told him that I needed oil for my trunk and told the guy I pop the hood to see what kind of oil I needed and could not get it open. So instead of him offering to help me .. he just said I can tell u here. He then preceded to ask me the normal questions for the engine. I explained I did not know. He then walked out to my truck. I proceeded to tell him again I can't get it open and told him where the lever was to lift from the outside. Where he didn't follow my directions and pulled a plastic piece no where near the hood off. He put it back on and said I don't know it looks like a 6 cylinder and super cell. Which. It is not a super cell that i knew. He then said it is a six cylinder ( just guessing) . He walked back inside and honestly at that point I was going to be driving around with a child in the truck with the hood that could pop open at anytime while i was driving. ... I then walked in and that is where they lost my buisness. He didn't seem to care about the company or helping me as a customer. Very disappointing especially for a local buisness.. so I ended up going to auto zone ... where I recieved great service! !!!!
