Been going to Dave's for years now and have never been disappointed. Recently bought into a half cow and realized how amazing it is being able to choose which cuts you want, how much ground beef and what cuts to use for the ground beef! And then to have all of that at home ready to choose what you want to cook that day...pretty cool!

They have all u want, meat cut wise.
Uncan order online and pick up or have it delivered. U can order other things of their online menu like a hole pig. Easy parking. Friendly staff

I have been eating my way through this quarter beef (grass fed grass finished)picked it up in November every cut was weird thick to thin on same steak this pic is marked cross rib roast ? A hip bone in it that’s along way from rib cage other cut’s looked like a chunk of meat not a real cut one last thing I was told your meat will be right out 45 minutes later it shows up how long it take to pull a box of meat I might.also note there was a meeting with counter girl and three meat cutters after I ask for my meat all seems alittle strange
It has been strange experience at best good luck
