G Maps takes you to 92nd street, 30 feet below the lobby with inconvenient elevators. If you take 90th, the actusl address, and turn on the next west cross street, there is plenty of at grade entry parking..... this would have been useful before i delivered 30 pounds of plans......

Waited in line, only to find out in the end (around 4:00pm) that it stops processing permit applications after 3:30 pm, even though it closes at 5:00 pm. Consider you kindly reminded 🙂
