I enjoy writing positive reviews and giving credit where it's due. We called Dales Fence because they have done a lot of work in our area and I liked how straight and well done their fences are. So we called them... and called them, leaving messages. We finally heard back and picked a time on Saturday Oct. 30th for Russell to come out and give an estimate, which he did. Upon leaving Russell said he would contact us Monday or Tuesday. Its now November 27th and we haven't heard anything and our calls are not returned. It's odd that Russell would take the time to come out here and make an estimate and then not follow through. He could have said they are too busy to do this now or the job is too small. Whatever the reason it would have been better than being ignored. People don't like to be ignored.

Dale’s fencing is hands down the best company in our surrounding areas!!! Amazing customer service prompt call backs. Always professional. The owner is amazing. Always comes out if needed. I would highly recommend Dale’s fencing. They have amazing prices as well and worth the wait for the fencing or any fencing needs.

I did not even want to give them one star but I had to to leave a comment. Company states that they guarantee their work for 10 years, we have had our fence only three years and are need of repairs, called twice and got one response that they were to busy for the rest of the month, called back at the end of the month several times and the beginning of the following month no response, they will be hearing from our lawyer.
