If I could leave a 0 star review I would. My fiancé and I were told 3 different times for pick up dates of a product we were having made. The owner decided to call us and let us know it would be another week for us to pick up our product because he decided to put another customer in front of us and we have waited 3 weeks to get a product that we were told that it would take 1 week. When we said this is very unprofessional he came back at us and said that not everyone has the leisure to do whatever they want during a pandemic and told us to go find a different machine shop.

Honest hard working guys... They had some issues with a part I needed modified. Unfortunately, the part I provided was not easy to modify due to the fact that it was hardened steel. Sergio stuck with it until he was able to deliver. No complaints.
