One star is very generous for the rude encounter I had with the staff. My husband called on 6/30 (today is 7/5) and inquired about the cost of services here. She gave him the cost and we went about our day. I came up here to do the service and she notifies me she’s not here and they do appointment only. When several places are not appointment only I asked why didn’t she say something to my husband when we called. It wasn’t just common knowledge. She goes on to say well we also have bay care at this building so for their safety we run appointment early- so another example it wasn’t common knowledge it was specific to this location. If that was the case she should’ve given him a heads up because we wouldn’t have known to specifically ask that otherwise considering once again it was NOT common knowledge. She then tells me I can go ahead and find another place to do those fingerprints at. Would 100% NOT recommend this location, the rude demeanor and lack of communication is not professional.

Super shady. When you call, they tell you to text instead. I texted them my name and date and time I wanted an appointment, but they never set it up. They texted me to say they’d call (which they never did). Don’t waste your time with these people, who knows if this is real or a scam.
