I took my mountain bike in last Friday to see if they could dial in the derailleur since it hasn’t been shifting right. They saw the problem and fixed it to shift like new without any further problems. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to get to my bike the same day I brought it in. Thank you for getting it right!

Absolutely the best! Had a random flat on a ride and stumbled upon this family-owned shop. Bill and Melissa were extremely helpful and thoughtful, even aligned one of our wheels when they noticed it was a bit off. Very personable and trustworthy. Will be my new go-to bike shop!

Bad experience. I bought an online bicycle and had it delivered to and assembled at cycleogical. The guy absolutely butchered it. When I realized there was some problems with it. I had to take it to another bike shop, Jax in Laguna Niguel. It turns out that the brakes weren’t adjusted, the wheels weren’t completely true, the internal shifting hub wasn’t adjusted, and most glaringly there was a ring missing from the headset. Just completely incompetent. You’ve been warned.

What a gem of a shop! Called in looking to replace the shifter cable on my mountain bike. They replaced my shifter cable, adjusted my derailleur, and adjusted the suspension for me in 20 minutes. All this for an extremely fair price. Other shops were quoting me at least 3 days to get this service done! I will 100% be back.

Awesome service, was halfway through a ride from LA to San Diego and passing through Dana Point when I had a serious issue with my front derailleur. Fortunately I found this shop online and asked if they could do a quick fix. They were incredibly helpful and took 20 minutes out of their already busy day to re-install the derailleur so I could finish my ride down the coast without a further hitch. Big shout out to Brian who had a lot of great advice for the rest of our route and how to get the wonky derailleur fixed long term.

Great bike shop! Friendly and fast! I used to get the cheap tunebup at the big box store I bought it from and ALWAYS had problems with it. When I brought it in to this place my brake wouldn't even move. They fixed it earlier expected only took a few days (which was really fast for how busy they are right now). My bike rides better now than it ever has before!! They were awesome, I will definitely go back!! Thank you so much, I can finally get to the beach!!

Best bike shop in South County. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They know their trade and excel at it. Always willing to solve problems and provide top level customer service. The owner is down to earth and an all around cool guy that is passionate about cycling and helping people get out on the ride of their dreams. Highly recommended.
