By far the best butcher out there!! They went above and beyond our expectations! After a terrible experience with another butcher we were hesitant to try again. But they blew us away! Amazing communication. Such attention to detail. I will recommend them to anyone now. And worth the wait to get in!! Planning to work with them again.

The ground meat we received contains bone shards and gristle. It also has way more fat than is normal for a grass fed steer. I do not recommend getting any ground beef from this processor. However, the other cuts of meat were what we expected.

We were very disappointed in the way the hamburger was ground. A lot of gristle in it and the consistency wasn’t right. It was like trying to chew steak instead of hamburger.
