I received my outdoor cushions to a large seating area around a fire pit. Customer Service was amazing while they guided me through the process. The photo shows the outdoor cushions with plastic still on since it's snowing here! They fit perfectly. The indoor cushions around the fireplace look great. These are high quality cushions with fine workmanship and it's great to have them made in America! Excellent Customer Service! Thank you

We ordered 4 seat cushions shaped like a trapezoid, very odd shape, and very small. We ordered samples and love them. Terrific materials! The cushions are fantastic, VERY well made with zippers, very comfortable, and perfect workmanship. All at the best price we have ever seen. You cannot, repeat, cannot, go wrong with this company.

I was a little reluctant to place an order for a bench cushion because of some if the recent comments about really delayed turnaround time, but was pleasantly surprised to get my item within 7 days. The customer service was responsive and very informative about measurements and selecting fabric. The cushion fits perfectly in our space with the picked striped fabric perfectly aligned from top to bottom. Thank you!

We placed order in mid May 2023 and received in July. 10 months later after two washes, it starts breaking. This is because they didn’t do edging. Inside the cover it was a mess. Very poor quality !

Buyer Beware! !!!!!!
The site says how easy it is to customize cushions, 3 easy steps. You choose your own fabric and color.
The site says how easy it is to return items so you feel like why not? I'll give it a chance.
I ordered a beige/mustard color cushion, more beige than mustard. When it arrived it was neon yellow!!! blinding-
I reached out and was told; "we always suggest ordering fabric samples before purchasing" That is nowhere on their website, on the contrary, they tell you how easy it is!
I was told they can't accept returns on custom items, when that is literally what they do- customize cushions!
I was told I could order another at a discount, NO Thank you!

My cushion was perfect. We needed a specific size for a reading nook under our steps. Custom cushions had the best price. They called after reading my order notes to answer a question I had and offered to send a free fabric sample. The cushion was completed exactly in the timeframe they gave (10 days) and shipped promptly. They had to fold our cushion (it was six feet long) but used a very large box so there was no crease when I pulled it out and it flattened right away. The stitching looks great and it is the exact size I asked for.
