My air was only blowing hot! Called Cullman Appliance repair to come out. They scheduled me for 1:00. Eli came and was very professional and so courteous. He showed me what the problem was and had my air up and running in 30 minutes! Awesome job. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We had Cullman Appliance install our new HVAC unit. We couldn’t be happier with the knowledgeable, professional crew. Travis did a thorough job providing an estimate and information. Jason, Eli, and the 3rd crew member (didn’t catch his name) did an excellent job installing, had to overcome a few obstacles but Jason back and made sure everything fit and looked perfect!

This our second time using Cullman Appliance & HVAC Repair. Great communication before and during the visit. Both times the service technicians were very technically qualified and personable too! Ben arrived promptly and on-time at 8:00 a.m.. I was impressed with the mobile tracker that offered a chance for me to know how close he was. Ben was clear and concise in describing the issues, solutions, and appropriate timeframe for repair. Cullman Appliance and Repair have never disappointed.

I have changed my opinion and my review to reflect how Robert runs his business! I had just posted my review and immediately received a call from Robert.
I didn’t have to show proof that I was not informed of his cancellation policy verbally or via text but I did read him both that I had received. He explained to me the new software they are using and there must have been a glitch.
I absolutely would have paid if I had been informed or had him continue to come out.

He is the kind of owner that we all want to do business with! We discussed things like adults should and with understanding both positions.

So another new lesson… look for those business owners that back their staff but also keep the customer in mind.

DO NOT buy a Samsung but DO call CULLMAN APPLIANCE AND HVAC they stand behind their word

Yesterday I made an appointment for our fridge that decided to freeze everything. I was thankful that they could fit me in for today. Last night at midnight we noticed water everywhere in our kitchen. The waterline apparently busted as well. We were up until 3:30 in the morning cleaning. I called first thing this morning to cancel our appointment because no matter if someone told me they fixed it I would never trust that it wouldn’t happen again! They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee 😳
Cancellation fee for what….
Absolutely not!! I refused to pay! There was no mention of it when I booked the appointment and no mention of it when I received a text confirming my appointment.

So two lessons here! First do not buy a Samsung fridge they have had issues with their ice makers for years.
Second make sure you ask if there is a cancellation fee… I didn’t know that was a thing 😳

Great service. Adam was on time and very pleasant. He was very knowledsnke, looked at my dishwasher and quickly assessed my problem. Discussed several options and together we decided on a plan to suit my timetable and my budget. Will use again
