Excellent restaurant supply store! Best of the best. Dante was super helpful with my purchases today. I'm a chef and hospitality manager and I just outfitted my entire home kitchen and bar for about $300 total. That included 2 stainless pots, a set of vintage Tepco coffee mugs, every utensil you can imagine, a kitchen scale, a set of classic champagne coupes, ice cream dishes, mixing bowls, bakeware, Silpat mats, pans, heat resistant spatulas, peeler, nice plastic sauce bottles, a spider, fish slice, ice scoop, collanders and everything else you can imagine. A one-stop shop if I ever saw one. Thank you for making my move to Sacramento an easy one.

I have been looking for water dishes for my indoor tortoise setup for over 2 years already. My requirements are very particular because the water dishes need to be large enough to completely fit my mid-sized tortoises when they are fully grown, shallow enough so that they can climb in and out, yet not so shallow as to quickly evaporate like in flower pot base drain overflow dishes.

I have decided to go take a look at restaurant supply stores because I planned on installing 240 V receptacles in the garage for power tools and electric vehicle charging and wanted to future-proof it by making sure that they have enough of a current rating to support commercial cooking appliances in the imaginable rare case that I do decide to get them. I never expected to find something that is right for me that is totally unrelated to 240 V power outlets. I am incredibly grateful that Cullincini Restaurant Supply has the water dishes that I have been looking for so long. Best of all, they are made of stainless steel for durability and health (because tortoises have such long lives) yet cost only a bottom bargain $5 each before tax! Also, the owner of the store, who is the 3rd generation in the family business, is incredibly nice. The prices on everything else are also very low. Please note that only the right 2 smaller dishes in the photograph are from Cullincini. I give them 6 out of 5 stars!

Order items over the weekend. They went out early on Monday, and I had them late Wednesday. So real quick response. I appreciated since was a gift that I needed before the next weekend.

Item was a knife cover (guard) for a chef knife. Marked Mercer. Was high quality. Will likely get some more.

Very unprofessional. We bought all of our restaurant equipment from here and the lady with the purple hair in the front was very rude to one of our guys. She was upset because one of them did not speak perfect English and treated him poorly for it, she then had the audacity to search our business name and leave a very insulting review on our page. Dante along with the other guy were really nice and I never leave negative reviews but this had to be adressed.
