Found a great deal online. Saved me 40% monthly. Picked up a lock at Walmart which saved me another $7. The Manager, Johnatan was very friendly, knowledgeable & easy to talk to. I got a 9’ X 10’ more than enough space for what I need to put in storage. Facility was clean and felt secure. Highly recommend.

I like to thank Johnathan , the property manager for all his help to meet me and the person who I was paying his storage units for not to go to auction. He met ne several times and he was extremely professional and helpful for me to know what to do. He certainly cares for his duties and do a great job of taking care of his customers. CubeSmart Ostrems Way, San Bernardino CA. My unit was robbed twice within a 2 month period. Absolutely no Security measures actively working at the time. Management was no help to me, could not provide me with any information other than the procedures on how to proceed with the police report and insurance claim. Photos, of my thrashed unit, were offered after the 2nd break in.

Jonathan was amazing as soon as we arrived. He showed us both units without hesitation when I asked. Gave us all the details and what would be best. Our appointment was for Saturday but he still showed us the with a smile on his face! We got an amazing deal and appreciate it.
