I couldn’t be happier with the service. I purchased a basic washer, dryer and stove with hood fan. Scott was very patient as I tried to figure out the logistics of replacing my 40 year old double oven and politely answered all of my questions. He coordinated my week so that appliances could come and go giving me time to paint and patch. The delivery and installation people were kind, prompt and efficient. There was no pressure to purchase more than I could afford. I highly recommend. They made it an easy experience.

Scott Shepherd and his team at CTS were great to deal with. We worked with them during a recent kitchen remodel. Scott spent a great deal of time with us reviewing our designs and helping us select the perfect set of appliances for our kitchen. His delivery and installation team was professional and did a great job as well. As minor issues arose during the project, as they always do, Scott was quick to help us out. He even had his delivery crew swing by to pick up our empty boxes after the appliances were installed. At the beginning of this project, we went to Pacific Sales to do a comparison, and as soon as the sales person realized that we were not looking to make a purchase that day, he literally walked away and ignored us. CTS had great, competitive prices and their customer service was outstanding.

I’m trying to understand why you have a 70 year old man trying to deliver one of the biggest refrigerators made unable and unprepared with inadequate equipment. On top of that to then point the finger at the customer insinuating it’s somehow their fault your workers cannot deliver the appliance. This is almost inconceivable how disrespectful your responses were from both sales and delivery workers and the only one who suffers is the customer.

Love to spend my money locally. Absolutely glad it's a family run business and not a corporate store. If I'm spending money, the same amount as everyone charges, I might as well give it locally. I did shop around and did not buy at three other "large" stores, I felt like they really didn't care for my business, her they are all about you. What a concept, huh?

CTS has been very good to us. The selection (of high quality home appliances) is excellent and the service is great too. Since CTS is a family owned business (in Placentia), the staff are like members of a big family and treat their customers like members of an extended family network. CTS has gone out of their way to help us out, including holding off on delivering our stove and vent hood (for months) until we finished the renovations on our kitchen. You really cannot get the kind of personal service at a Big Box store that you can at a long-running, family-owned business like CTS. I recommend CTS highly and without reservation.

Thank you for the great service and appliances. I dread going to the store looking for a new appliance and thanks to the people at CTS I no longer have that issue. I walked in and did not feel overwhelmed by sales people, I was then politely approached by a helpful person who actually knew the products and was able to sell me all the items I need and get them delivered next day with no hassle and best of all at a very good price. Thank you for your amazing service and prices.

So I buy a $2100 cooktop from these folks. Misunderstanding a phone call a few days ago I went down to find out the delivery status. Turns out it was there so I took it home.

When I purchased the unit, Scott gave me the name and number of the person (only one) who installs cooktops and other things. I initially arranged to have him come out on the 13th (weds) but later realized that I was traveling then and we agreed he would come out the Monday before. I then received a call from him telling me he had an appointment then and wanted to come earlier (a Saturday). So Saturday comes around and the people refinishing the cabinets are not done. He shows up, not happy with the environment and tells me he will come back later in the day to do the job when they are done. 5:30pm rolls around and he is a now show. He does not call either. I call him, he first wants to make sure that the cabinet folks were done (they finished by noon) and then tells me that he can come out Wednesday - they day I told him we were travel. Round and round I go with this clown and he is unwilling to tell me he can't install but I should hope he gets a cancellation.

This is how a customer who buys a $2100 including tax cooktop gets treated.

I guess if you are a contractor, CTS is the place for you. FORGET THEIR INSTALLERS SINCE THEY ARE WORTHLESS.

I then spent 5 minutes and found someone else who wanted the job.

WHO NEEDS ENTITLED STORES AND INSTALLERS?
