I don't typically write reviews but beware.

Nightmare of a company. Their prices are somehow double in comparison to other companies in the SAME area. The people working there are extremely unprofessional and rude. We've owned our house for a year and dealt with horrible customer service every time they somehow "forgot" to send someone to fill our tank. How do you "forget" to service a tank that is set up for automatic service fills?! The attitude that comes from the customer service people is shameful and they will never take responsibility for their mistakes. We are so glad we switched from them.

I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. I purchase propane from
Crowley on a regular basis.

I have also purchased fuel oil system parts from Crowley.

Lexi is as good as it gets for customer service.

The trucks are rude and unsafe. I was purchasing gasoline and the gasoline dispensary driver interacted with me in an uncalled for way. He honked and shouted while I was still fueling my car saying that I was somehow in his way. I know that one should not expect any kind of customer service from someone of that skill, but it was uncivilized and when he approached me out of the vehicle I felt in danger of being attacked.
