Okay, this is important. I used ground beef as my guage on the the quality of beef. Our first encounter with a ground beef from Crowes was totally awesome not just good but some of the best meat I have cooked with a price point better then Wal-Mart or any other bulk company. Great prices excellent meat and great people. Thanks Phil for the info and being available to serve us at the last minute.

filet were excellent. bacon was to salty for us and breakfast sausage is very good. we will be stocking up before we leave the area.
