Purchased stainless steel butterfly valves when we started the winery. Now that they need to have new valve seats, they don't have the correct ones in stock. Nor can they order them. Apparently they go with the cheapest bidder in china to manufacture their stuff and then when that manufacturer goes belly up, they change the valves. So now I need to purchase new valves, "at a great deal," rather than just replace the valve seat. Grrr.

I will never do business with this company again. I ordered a sparkling wine counter pressure machine and paid several hundred dollars more than elsewhere because they have a rep near here. When it came in, it was the wrong unit. It was for filling beer bottles. Champagne bottles didn't fit. The rep picked up the machine the next day because they mistakenly sent me the machine meant for a brewery. The understanding was that they were going to send up the correct unit. After taking the unit, the owner decided to just send up some nozzles to replace mine. I refused because he wouldn't provide me with evidence that it was the same machine as for sparkling and beer and wine have different pressures, etc... He has now refused to refund all my money! He's charging me a 15% restocking fee for their mistake! Now I have to take them to small claims court. Very unethical behavior.

Good to talk to you today. I just wanted to convey my gratitude to Criveller for helping getting our press functional as quickly as you have and at as reasonable a price as possible. Not to mention the trucking costs and whatnot. I was a little disturbed by the compressor going out at such low hours, but all the generosity from your establishment has truly overshadowed the mechanical failure of the machine. Thank you! With a small business like ours that’s working towards getting into the black financially, every dollar counts!
