We went to visit the model homes today and we were happy with our visit. There is no HOA, and you must buy and install your appliances and blinds. The designs are very practical for small families with young children.

My Husband and I had an amazing experience! We worked with Lauri (Builder) and Lori (Lender). They both were very professional and informative during the home buying process. Even though we went past the deadline of when our first home would be complete, we were very impressed that we only went over by a week. We would definitely recommend working with this builder.

Okay soo we love our Crestleigh home. We love how you basically can customize everything and make it your own.

There are a few things I wish were different. I wish there was an option to upgrade the backyard because, as seen in this picture, I hate having to do it yourself. I'd pay extra then yo do it. Two I wish during the process the communication would be a bit better. And lastly, I wish there was an HOA.

Overall we are happy with what we got.

The houses are very cheaply made. Our bathtub moves, all of the cabinet drawer faces have broken and had to be replaced in the 18 months that we've lived here, one of our showers didn't work for almost a year because they wouldn't come look at it (in warranty), the carpets are very cheap and lift at all of the edges and seams, almost every corner is chipped down to the metal, our dishwasher isn't secured at all, 2 door handles have broken off, and a lot more. Overall, don't buy with this company or really do your research. We spent way more than we should've for a thrown together house.

My wife and I had a great experience with this office. Edie and Esther took great care of us during both our visits and were very knowledgeable and informative about the communities. We chose the residence 4 on the Meadows side, and can’t wait to move here! The homes are all gorgeous, and the neighborhoods quiet; we are counting down the days.

I just want to give a big shout-out to Esther and Lori at Plumas Lake. They have turned what is usually a very stressful experience into a very smooth and enjoyable experience. They are understanding, comforting and reassuring at every step of the process. They explained the whole process and communicated all along the way. They accommodated a lot of our requests with a smile, sent us pictures and updates throughout the whole build process. Couldn't have imagined working with better professionals. Thank you both!

the sale team is very unresponsive and somewhat rude. I was on the list for about 3 months then on a Friday afternoon that it was my turn. the price of the house went up about 60k but I didn't' mind. They needed a check that day or the next. I was out of town and couldn't get them the check till Monday. They said I was going to loose my spot unless I get it to them by Saturday. I tried to reason with them, all they said was "it was my reasonability to be ready". I couldn't believe it, so i said to heck with them. I just cant imagine why they would hire such terrible sales people
