Loved our stay at the Crescent. We did the ghost tour and it was fun hearing the history of such a grand building. The building and grounds are just beautiful. The staff was very friendly and attentive and of course I loved to meet Ozzy and Jasper. We had the breakfast buffet and everything was delicious. We walked down to the shops and restaurants and i appreciated that the hotel offered a shuttle to pick us up. Also, having a number to text if we needed anything was very convenient.

We had a claw foot tub in our room that was so cool looking and nice. Had a great hot soaking bath that night, so relaxing. The whole place was a vintage experience and great for our kids. We had big door knobs and big gold keys to unlock the doors. Beautiful banisters on the four flights of stairs.

Had an awesome visit there. So many free things to do in the hotel. The hostess was super friendly and my 5 year old really enjoyed her on all the little things we did. She was an excellent hostess. Would love if if she could send the photo of her and my daughter!!
In the middle of the night we were woke up by cat meowing. I told my older girls who were still up to let it out of our room. They couldn’t find it. When I woke up my 5 year old the next morning she asked if we saw the orange cat? He came and visited her!

Such a cool place! We loved reading the history and wandering around seeing how they have preserved the hotel. They embrace the building’s character and past and it’s amazing! The rooms are cozy and staff are great. Parking was a bit tricky to figure out but the streets are confusing everywhere in Eureka, not just the hotel. Google Maps helped us navigate. We highly recommend coming for a visit. Our only regret is not doing any of the tours. We will just have to come back to experience one!

I loved everything about this resort but I feel more things should be free or discounted in price if you are a guest staying at The Crescent. It was a very busy hotel but you could always find a private place to sit and relax. Close to everything and they have a shuttle that will take you downtown and back. The staff was phenomenal. The food and drinks from both rooftop bars were very good. The ghost hunt to me was more history with ghost stories than anything else but still fun to do. This place was on my bucket list and I hope to go back and see more

I did not get a room here, but I did have breakfast and took a self-guided tour. The building is incredible and has an equally incredible history. The breakfast buffet had great options and everything was delicious! The staff were very nice and welcoming. We even got to meet the hotel cats while we walked around the property.
If you have not heard of this place, I highly recommend it. I hope to stay as a guest someday soon.

My daughter got married October 11. Everything was just wonderful. I wanted to single out an employee who was exceptional. Her name is Amanda. She is part of the wait staff. She went above and beyond for us, even taking me out on the dance floor in my wheelchair and danced with me. She should be recognized.

We visited the Crystal Room Restaurant for breakfast. Our hostess and server were kind and efficient! Server kept our coffee and water refilled and made nice conversation. The Eggs Benedict and Spinach Mushroom omelet were very good! Sunday brunch buffet looked delicious too; highly reccomend! Touring the hotel and grounds is lovely too.
