Very good merchant services company. Our sales rep Colleen is honest, has impecible follow through, and very fair. They helped us out when we had a terminal not work; they went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Jennifer at the home office in St. Pete is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We would have stayed with Velocity but since we are integrating with our franchise software; they are not an option. It was nice to work with a local company!

Don't do business with Velocity Business Solutions. They are very nice to sign you up and promised with low rate in the beginning. The actual statement came out almost double of what they promised, and I have been deal with them for a year and trying to end the contract. They said they have been trying to fix the rate, and it has been a year and nothing changed. It just doesn't make sense to keep customer in a contract and the rate doesn't match to the contract. Well, they have a very unhappy customer. Please stay away from this kind of company.

RUN RUN RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are thieves!! I was lied to from a representative saying that I would only be charged 59.99 a month. That was Lie. Every month there was a charge of 59.99 plus 30-50 dollars from Clover plus end of month fees . No one is knowledgeable enough to explain how their services work. I was charged for fees that I was not informed I would pay. I asked to be contacted by phone to have my monthly amount adjusted to what so was told. Colleen said that she could not do that because she would be losing money. I’m thinking , so you lie to me the customer and then now I want to return the equipment that I was told was completely free but turns out I am being charged 40 dollars a month plus more. They are trying to charge me over 2,000 dollars in charges because I no longer want to do business with a company that lacks customer service and lies to their customers. Colleen is so rude and has a horrible way of talking to customers. If you want to save money and you want to be happy with the customer service you use. Go to a real company who cares. Not them ! Take my word for it. They will tell you anything to get you to come and then lie to you about everything they charge for. We work too hard as citizens to be fooled and lied to. Then we get stuck with the bill and the company goes on to the next customer and
Lie to them. RUN ! I CANNOT TYPE THIS BIG ENOUGH! RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Called me and gave me a great price on my Clover machine AND lowered my processing bill over half. Square was extremely expensive when I was using it at the time, they gave me a program where I didn't have to pay ANYTHING at the end of the month. Highly recommend them. Very polite, fast to answer, and whenever I had questions with how much I was paying or something with my machine I got the answers I needed.

Just getting started with Velocity, but everything has been smooth sailing thus far! Our reps, Bryce and Justin, took time to find out exactly what we need from a processor, and helped us find the right solutions for our business. Equipment was delivered in a timely manner, and setup was easy and seamless. Processed our first few transactions over the weekend and had zero issues with getting our deposits right away.
