I was visiting South Lake Tahoe and was referred to Don Arthur by the employees at Ace Hardware. It was a tiny project that he easily could have dismissed as a nuisance, but instead he agreed to help. He spent nearly an hour (the projects "we" think are tiny never account for the real work that has to be done)... He was patient, and he figured out how to get something done that really wasn't practical (on my end). He was gracious. It was an honor to meet Mr. Arthur and I genuinely appreciate the time he took to work on such a small (but detailed) request.
