I visited this location at the end of the day and it was not busy at all. Entering the building I had to pass security and go through metal detectors. There was construction going on as well but neither of these hindered my visit, just a heads up. When I arrived at the assessor's window there was one other person there and they were handled quickly. The lady then took my paperwork and I was out in a few minutes. She was very nice and informative. Most of the time, I handle all this online but with a new purchase you must visit for the first assessment.
