i wish i could give this place negative stars. i’ve been there twice and they have never gotten me back at my scheduled time. and when i call to set up another appointment you cannot get them to answer the phone. i’m currently trying to get ahold of them and i have been on hold for 20 minutes! the lack of care at this facility is horrible.

i posted a review that said my only problem was with the lack of them answering the phones. however; i came in for my appointment today. currently still in it and boy has my review changed. i wish i could rate this place negative stars. the two workers i’ve talked to were incredibly rude and my chart was completely wrong from the prior visit. If i could i’d never go to this place again.

We had an appointment set for 1pm and arrived at 12:40. We didn’t get called back until almost 2:30. The waiting room smelled strongly of marijuana

Only gave one star cause u have to give something but it’s funny how they holler confidently when I tell them my daughter in the back let her know her mom is outside but if my daughter what so ever have a std the same person will be talking to her coworker telling my daughter business so dismiss me with the so called rules

I had an appointment at 3pm. I arrived at 230 pm. It’s 421 pm. When I asked at the desk what the point of having an appointment was, they said to get you in the door…except they’re talking walk ins. Nursing staff has come to the door 3 times and called for people that weren’t here. I’m convinced they were never here and the staff is just trying to make it look like they’re doing something. This is a whole a$$ experience in wasted time…they’ve demonstrated nothing but poor time management, poor customer service, and don’t you dare be upset it’s taking so long!

This government operated health department does not keep up with your personal records. They did not have proof of one of my Covid vaccines And while I was there someone wanted records of their vaccinations but they could not prove the records he asked for. You could wait in line and people would literally walk in that the staff knew and they would get seen first

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL . Just order your certificate items online or go elsewhere(preferably greene county) . I wouldn't recommend a dog to go to this place. Their overall review speaks for itself. Simply Pathetic .

The guy at front desk was very nice and helpful, everyone in the back was great,so friendly,they took time and talked me ,told me what was available for me,and set up appointments for me with other places,,I'm very glad I went there
