Been dealing with the fine folks there for many years. Is it always pleasant, no. It is very dependable, and usually in and out. It does get busy, not like a few years ago, but they do as best they can. They are family run, and people. Go there with that in mind and it's a ok.

I have been to numerous scrap yards in the past 40 years and this particular scrap yard is by far the best one that l have been to.10 to 15 minutes is all it takes to get paid in and out they will unload for you and show you how to get the most money for your load something that other scrap yards have never done for me helpful friendly and honest l wouldn't take my scrap anywhere else thank you Covington Metal's

Even though it was right at their 17:00 closing time the staff were still friendly enough. They still helped us with our business and the owner even kindly let us know to try and make it a little sooner. 16:45 should be the latest anyone comes across the scales
