$190 for reconnection and after hours fees when I PAID YESTERDAY?! AND THEN THE WOMAN HANGS UP ON ME, BECAUSE I AM RIGHTFULLY ANGRY MY WATER WAS CUT OFF?! Good thing I have the screenshots from where I paid at 11:18 am 12/19/22, after she tried saying I "must have paid after 5pm," and she "didn't see the payment post." So, I was charged because she needs glasses and some reading retention ability. ?

My checking account was charged two payments and I contacted CCWA twice to find out if the second charge was legit. CCWA stated both times they did not charge my account twice and that I needed to contact my bank because one of the charges had to be fraudulent. I contacted my bank and explained the situation, and they reviewed the transaction and confirmed CCWA had charged my account twice. One charge was for my account, they other charge for someone else's account.

We paid our water bill yesterday. The lady my wife spoke to said she didn't see the payment in time AND HUNG UP. THEY CHARGED ME 190$ FOR HER MESSUP TO HAVE IN RECONNECTED! ITS CHRISTMAS AND BECAUSE SHE DIDNT SEE THE PAYMENT!!!!!! 190$ THEY TOOK FROM MY CHILDREN BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM DIDNT SEE IT! I will get my 190$ back even if I have to post this on social media over and over and over! Thank God We have screenshots where it was paid!

Outside using water to treat the lawn. The guys stop and drive off, then realizing they are working on a leak in the area. Is there no way that you can notify people when they are going to be without water due to maintenance? Surely you have a method to keep people informed ?!
