We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Courtyard in North Phoenix. The location is so nice, just off the freeway. But it's far enough away that there is no freeway noise. Our room was clean and comfortable and the employees were so welcoming. ||They do an excellent job of keeping this property up to date and in good repair. We will definitely stay here again.

Location makes it noisy, the rooms are standard and adequate. The front desk staff did not make an effort to be friendly. Construction going on in half of the parking area and no street signs posted to let you know, nor directions to confirm where to check in.

Close to Grand Canyon University and the service was great. The room was clean as a whistle and the bed was pretty comfortable. Checkout was easy. Just don't buy anything from the front desk unless you wanna pay $4 for a single water bottle. 🙂

The room and staff made my trip very comfortable and welcoming. The hotel is located very close to a major highway. Road noise is constant. 24 hrs a day. Other than the road noise my stay has been wonderful.

Nice place, pool area was quiet and clean (October). The location worked out and it was easy to get too and from. The hosted a driving school in the conference room so there were some random folks walking around, otherwise I’d have given the place 5 stars.

I booked a reservation months in advance for business. When I arrived, they let me know that is company policy to overbook the hotel every night. I was turned away and told to find another hotel late at night. Absolutely unacceptable, would not stay here unless you want your reservation to not be honored.

One of the quietest hotel stays I've ever had, even with a room poolside! Front desk staff was very accommodating, efficient, pleasant and checking in/out was a breeze. Clean, every amenity adequately stocked, comfortable. Plenty of parking. I would book here, again.

Clean, well kept, pool was nice, overall good stay for business. Little noisy near the highway but very accessible because of this. Be aware this is not a walkable location, too near major highways and transient community to feel safe walking.
