Our experience with Couch Potato in Pismo Beach was fantastic from start to finish! Our salesperson, Shane, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to everything we had to say and helped us find the perfect sectional to fit our needs within the set budget....which was difficult because my husband and I had very different ideas!
Our couch arrived a couple weeks earlier than expected. It was delivered by two great guys, Patrick and Caleb. They were friendly, professional, and quick. They got it set up, walked me through the various features, cleaned up every speck of packaging material, and left. They were even super careful to make sure our yard gate latched correctly so our dogs didn't get out! All these little things added up to a very positive experience.
We plan to have this sectional for a long time but if we need to every buy more furniture, we know we will head to Couch Potato in Pismo Beach!

Couch Potato is the place to go if you need quality furniture at a good price. They have tons of things to choose from and if you don't see exactly what you are looking for the salesperson will go above and beyond to show you other options in catalogs until you find what you want! The prices are good, they work with you to find what you want if your on a budget. Friendly relaxed atmosphere and they don't pressure you to buy so that's nice. I highly recommend this store.

I went into this store today and was ignored. I legitimately walked through the store twice and found the sofa I had been looking for. The salesman didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. I understand that he was talking to another customer about slip covers but I was in that store almost 20 mins and at no point did he even acknowledge my presence.

We had a new sectional delivered and the old one taken away. The two men arrived on time, were polite and pleasant. They were very careful coming and going. But when they left, I found a gouge in the hardwood floor. Just sad about it.
