This company is ran by Southern Lease MGT group. Google them. No interest, no credit checks sound too good to be true? Its because it is. You aren't charged interest but if the building isn't paid off in full in 90 days from delivery, expect 55% of your payment to become a rental fee that doesn't go towards the principle. I.E Your $4000 building just turned into a $10,000 building. Read your contract!
