“ HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED OR ENDORSED BY ANY GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY, AND THIS OFFER IS NOT BEING MADE BY AN AGENCY” at the top of the page is a red flag. Do not fall for this scam. They sent me this for my non-profit. Smh

I got this in the mail and my LLC has been dissolved. The fake paperwork is a joke. Don't accidently fall for this. There are so many state tax bills that there is no reason to fall for this scam. This business is at a house. DON"T BE FOOLED BY THIS!

Its a SCAM!!! Im so glad, I did my research was think of dropping it off because I didn’t want it to be late 🙄. Looked up the address & the pictures of the location looked odd and not like a government building/office and then I see all the reviews. Thank you to all who did a review. Its Nov 11, 2024 for me and my due date was Nov 14, 2024. Nice try and shame on you 👈.

As a small business owner and someone trying to actually help my clients, I find it really helpful to come across a company like this as an example of what NOT to do. Scamming business owners with deceptive practices is unethical. Thank you for being a warning of what to avoid at all costs.

This is a scam. The fact that it says the product and service hasn’t been approved or endorsed by any governmental agency all over this should be a good fair warning for everybody do not do this. It is a free filing that you can just do the secretary of State website.

Absolutely unethical SCAM company. Preying on small businesses and corporations by warning them they need to send them $243 in order for CPS to supposedly submit a Declarations of Officers & Directors on your behalf. Shame on you for existing to exploit ppls’ innocence.

BEWARE OF SCAM: this place will send your small business a misleading notice that looks like you have to pay $243 to renew your business. THIS IS A SCAM. If you look at the top left of the form it says "A NON GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY." Ignore this notice and report them if you receive it.
