Went in for a oil change, they asked my details about my car, I asked about the oil 0w30 just to make sure they have it since it's not common.
They say yes & set up an appointment, when I get there 3 days later they tell me they don't carry 0w30, to go get it & that they will only charge me for labor $35. Not a bad price, but when I asked about the free car wash with the oil change they told me. No, because I didn't use their oil even though they got my car dirty with oil! (See pictures) Super disappointed at the service, the customer service is okay you feel like a bother to them.

I have been coming to Coronado Shell for car repairs/gasoline/car wash for 12 years now. Two cars later, the service is top notch, 5 stars. Every employee is helpful & kind with the utmost professional attitude. The pricing for service is very reasonable. I recommend this establishment to all car owners in the San Diego area. It's off the 5 freeway, so it's easy access to get too.
