Bait & Switch seems common. You're taking a gamble on getting what is shown in their ads. They won't answer you for weeks, if they even answer. After purchasing a few items from Coronado I ordered a Utility Pouch they had been spamming to my Facebook feed. I liked the dark blue-black color with the contrasting tan zipper. What they sent me was royal blue with an ugly blue zipper. Made it look cheap and a completely different appearance from the ad. Never in the dozen + photos of this item was it shown with anything other than nearly black with a tan zipper and definitely NOT the a bright blue zipper with a blue/purple leather. I emailed and it took them a week to answer: "we make them with blue zippers now". No solution offered other than a return and refund. I asked about exchanging it for the one they advertise (still today it's shown with tan zipper everywhere online) and I got no response. I sent it back. No response. After a couple of weeks I noticed a PARTIAL refund in my account. No explanation on why I did not get a full refund when it was THEIR MISTAKE. False advertising, misleading half-explanations, horrible customer service. If you really must order from Coronado please call and confirm that what they're selling you matches what their ads show.

I have had an utterly appalling experience with Coronado leather. Despite not using the service I paid for, they have refused to refund my money. This issue has been ongoing for years, and the lack of communication from their side is shocking. They have stopped replying to my messages altogether, showing a complete disregard for customer service and accountability.

What's even more frustrating is that they haven't even filed the money as unclaimed property with the state, which would at least allow me to claim it. This level of incompetence and neglect is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services or making a purchase, to think twice. They clearly do not care about their customers or their responsibilities.

I stumbled onto the Sienna Hobo #97 while browsing for a purse. I had been trying to find a nice leather bag and had spent more money buying cheaper versions of the bag I wanted and was always disappointed. So when I saw the Sienna Hobo, I was instantly smitten. But I had never bought a bag at that price point before. It felt like such an extravagance. But I couldn’t stop looking at it. So one day, I just did it. And to say that it was the right choice to make that leap of faith, would be an understatement. This bag was what I had been looking for for years and didn’t know it. First of all, it is beautiful! And the craftsmanship is evident in every detail! And it is made to outlive me. I wish I had found it 10 years ago. I could have saved myself a lot of time and money. 5-stars is not enough for this beautiful bag but it will have to do. This company is the real deal and I can’t wait for the Rucksack 180, my new obsession! Have no worry. You will not be disappointed with these products. They are worth every penny!!!

I placed my order Nov. 26th. On Nov. 27th, a shipping label was made. It still hasn't been updated or shipped. The delivery expectation was 5-8 days. I've tried calling 3 times to get an update on delivery and all of the mailboxes are full. I've sent 3 emails requesting an update and no reply. Unacceptable.

My experience with Coronado Leather was extremely disappointing. I paid for a repair service YEARS ago, but despite numerous follow-ups, I received neither the service nor a refund. Many others have reported similar issues. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this company.

This place sucks. They have huge egos. They think they are some luxury retail brand. They have HORRENDOUS customer service. I would recommend going to the Leather Depot in National City.

I bought a Indy Bison Bomber jacket and I am amazed with the quality. I bought this jacket with my motorcycle in mind, and I was so impressed when I took the bike out to test it. The resilience to the cold, thick leather for a little more security, and the style blows me away! I can take this jacket out to a formal dinner, a casual night on the town, or wear it for ripping up the mountain pass on the motorcycle. This jacket is really tough bison hide and it's starting to form to me after a couple of days. Oh ya, the inside pockets are very spacious.
