Super helpful staff!

Rented the cement mixer. They have to do a lot work to get that thing loaded and ready to go.

I returned the machine as clean I could but still some gravel inside, but the staff was understanding.

Just a good experience overall.

Inside service was good. Went out into the yard and waited about 15 minuets. I understand if they were busy, I don't mind waiting. But, no one ever acknowledged that I was there. I am from Orland, but I no longer have CA plates. So, I am thinking that I was refused service. They saw that I was parked there waiting, but no one ever came over. Wanted to get wood locally, but now going through Home Depot

Employees seem biased towards people 'from out of town' or 'different' than them. They don't want your money so don't give it to them.
