Zack contacted me on the phone. We had an appointment that day and I couldn’t make it. I asked him to send me a proposal and I got it in 15 minutes. Then we met the next day. He was very professional and really caring. I can’t wait to recommending Zack for anyone need AC installation. The installation technicians were Corey and Ulysses both were very knowledgeable, professional and great manner.if I grate them from 1-10 both are +10. I truly had great experience with three of the team I worked with!!

We had such a wonderful experience. We were so concerned about our heating and cooling system but Cornerstone Pros took care of everything. From scheduling to installation and everything went fast. Ricardo was great. Explaining everything to us and showing pictures of the damaged parts and the new parts. We also got a text message saying when he was on his way.

I had a very minor repair done to a supply line in my kitchen. Office personnel were quite friendly and professional and communication (email and text) was very good. I was given a 8am-noon arrival timeframe. I received a call at 1020am stating my plumber would arrive in an hour. My plumber arrived shortly after noon.

The plumber was professional. The repair was quite simple and took 5 minutes. It cured for 15-20 more minutes before the water was turned back on. I was charged $259.48. A small under sink PVC pipe was cut and a new supply valve was glued on. $259.48! And that was after I was credited for a "$50 off coupon"! I was also asked if I wanted a warranty which would have lowered the repair cost but would incur a monthly fee.

The work appears to have been properly done (at this point-a day later) but I am very displeased with the high cost of such a minor repair.
