Same issues reoccurring. Tech shows up within 5 min says it's a "rubout" on wire charges me $100. Within 2 months same issues. 3rd time since install they have to come fix a wiring issue from install /techs. Remind you only people in the unit is their techs. Purchased extended warranty and they still charge for their mistakes. As of now I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Last time it took 7 days for them to show up.

If you want the pros, you need to call cooks.They have always been excellent at figuring out everything that's going on with the air conditioner and quickly getting it remedy best ac repair around.
