We purchased a simple to use Smartphone for an 86 yr. old at Consumer Cellular in Sumter Landing. Brian and Angel were extremely helpful in helping to find the right phone and Angel went above & beyond to help us get the phone # transferred and all the information from the old phone to the new phone. This took quite a while but he stayed with it and was friendly the whole time. Both gentlemen were very friendly and never lost patience throughout the process. We'd highly recommend them.

I went to Consumer Cellular to inquire about purchasing a phone and service plan. I was fortunate to meet two remarkable young men. I told them about my health issue and asked if they would kindly wear masks. They went above and beyond my expectations to assist me. I told them I wanted to sleep on it and I would come back tomorrow. When I arrived Demitri , greeted me before I entered the store. He told me that he didn't think it was a good idea for me to enter the store because it was crowded that day. He said that he and Angel M. had discussed it and that I should sit on the bench in front of the store and they would run back and forth from the store to me. They got their exercise that day. They treated me like a member of their family. Consumer Cellular should be very proud to have two young men that are so knowledgeable and caring on their team.

Needed some help figuring out a way to make the best of my phone plan for my dad. A stressful time. Rep Angel was next available. Not sure if he was just not interested in helping or just not moving thur the motions to sell a phone. I have an SE which he showed me. The next up was a 15 which is more than I need. He had a very impersonal attitude. I have been a client with Consumer Cellular for many years with the best of service and help. Angel created a situation that was not called for. He was very short and brusque. With a take it or leave it attitude. He turned a walked away to help someone else. Never my experience with Consumer Cellular!!
